    I hardly ever watch videos longer than 10 minutes but this one was a real treat. Thank you very, very much.
    Yo casi nunca veo videos de más de 10 minutos pero este fue una verdadera delicia. Muchas, muchas gracias.

    Learned two things from you. Never seen a whipping done with a fid. Very good. I’ve always used a needle. Tarred beeswax, that’s new to me. Will have to try and find some. Thanks

    Mikko when you say tarred beeswax what is the process for making that. I am sure I probably have the supplies to make it at home. LOL!

    • @mikkosnellman

      I just add very small amount pine tar into melted beeswax, nothing more.

    Thanks once again, excellent sound track and I think I recognize the fid, another triple threat ;) If the phukko isn't medieval, I wonder what might be...very Franciscan, I'm thinking friar Tuck would have worn with pride though his would probably have been longer and had a wine skin hanging...

    • @mikkosnellman
      @mikkosnellman  4 года назад +2

      Yes, you might do a "Tuck model" :) The puukko is Finnish "Tommi" model from 1800´s.

    Bel lavoro
    @mikko snellman,
    ma dubito fortemente che i marinai del medioevo avessero a disposizione il nastro adesivo che hai utilizzato, sarebbe stato più opportuno utilizzare un cordino, non ti pare

    • @mikkosnellman

      As long as the end product is accurate, I don´t think that´s relevant...
