You forgot to upshift while driving the SUVs!

Upshifting wouldn't change anything except potentially lose power. The limiting factor on all cars is the Speed limiter, which is an individual part you can remove in the ECU upgrade menu.
Perhaps the creator can put a video with stock top speeds without the limiter?
