  • On June 14, 2023, around 10:45 PM, Officer Thomas Wagner of the Aberdeen Township Police Department was patrolling Highway 35 North when he spotted a 2019 Honda and pulled it over. He saw that the driver was Joelle Casale, a 41-year-old woman. He asked her for the usual documents: license, registration, and insurance. Joelle handed them over without delay. Officer Wagner went back to his patrol car to check Joelle's information. He was surprised to see on his screen that Joelle's license was invalid because she did not finish a program ordered by the court. He also saw that she had a complex legal record, with several warrants from different courts for not showing up. Officer Wagner did not make the situation worse, even though Joelle had a history of DWIs. He did not give her any sobriety tests. He also did not arrest her or take her car away. He may have considered the situation before making his decision. Officer Wagner came back to Joelle and gave her a verdict that was fair and compassionate. He gave her a ticket for driving with a suspended license, a clear result of her non-compliance with the court program. He told her to find another way to get home. He let her go.

I think the LEO concluded that since she is so negligent, adding another charge was just a waist of time. A judge should issue an arrest warrant against her

How did the cop know the drunk was 41-years-old before he contacted her?
What danger was the cop in that caused him to retreat to safety in his patrol car?
Clark Titor bends the facts and his captions don't even come close to the spoken words

I think he was trying to add a little taste of comedy to the video.

The officer was nice to do that, but it appeared that she didn’t seem to even appreciate it, as she looked so blasé about the whole thing. Then to top it off, she didn’t even show up to court for the summons that this officer just wrote her.
