Loki probably has much better acceleration, this is an issue Chigiri faced against other opponents early on- he takes a moment to get up to full speed.

Then they also don’t know Japanese, so if they wanna say something to the Blue Lock Players they gotta keep using whatever English they know.
The Englishman actually did speak perfect English, with a decent British accent. The others had somewhat jumbled-up English, but they probably only learned it to have a common language with their teams, so they wouldn’t need to be really good at it as long as they could communicate.
