- Hi everyone, this video should have been out at least a few weeks ago, but workload has just gotten silly at the moment. Also with that the finer weather showing its face all those outside jobs that are long overdue need my attention. Any chance I get with the fine weather I'm out and about. I'm not an indoor person. Plus the next video will be quite a big project. So what I'm trying to say is that the videos may not be as frequent as I'd like.😎
P.S. I'm still having trouble with comments; so please don't think I'm being rude if I haven't responded.
Hi Greg another great build really enjoy your builds never tire of your weathering spot on enjoyed the figures as well many thanks stay safe jon
Thanks 👍
It’s a fine day in the world when “Greg’s Models” has a new video. Thanks
Very nice, Greg 👍👊
Greg, really like how simple your figure painting process is. The results are fantastic. Most are so intimidating, but your process looks accessible. Thank you for sharing and now am looking forward to giving figures a try. Cheers mate.
Yes, thank you. My figures won't win any prizes but look ok at a glance. Hopefully, the simple process will encourage people to have a go.
Thanks for another great video, love your way to transform dull plastic into a very convincing picture or scene from WW2. You make it look so easy, but we know it isn't . Have a nice time outside, we need a lot of sun and gardening after this winter.
Cheers Lars 👍
Excellent video thanks for making it
Great build. I would have put a driver in the vehicle if possible...but hey! I am just a reader. You did all the work! Well done.😀
Great content, as usual. I like your way of painting figures, can you make a video only about it?
Nice to see someone who is capable of doing a beautiful job on a IBG kit! Thanks Greg.
Excellent. I really enjoyed that. I don't know why, but dry brushing with oils has never crossed my mind - I'll certainly be trying that. 👍 Love how it turned out. Cheers.
Damn it, with each next model I'm complicating my own life with thinking 'what to add more', then... I saw this video and how nice effect can be achieved with clever work. Bravo!
Thank you
Super travail.
You make it look so easy. Really enjoy your videos. Thanks.
这是一个在中国模型圈里都没听过的品牌,也是第一次见到的题材,让人眼前一亮
Great job, well done. I enjoy watching your videos. Thank you.
Real modelling - first assemble you instruction book! - excellent work as always Greg - a pleasure to watch
Even reused the staples. Proper frugal.
Brilliant job . Currently building the same model . Very tricky parts
That's a cool truck Greg. Nice build.
Great Job Greg. Interesting subject. Hope to see this kit in Canada soon.
Fabulous craftsmanship well done Greg great result.
Excellent work again 👏.. bravo sir! Thanks for sharing your talent with us. Best wishes. Stay safe.
Very nice work Greg. Beautiful video 😎👌

Nice work on the truck and figures Greg . Regards Gav.
Nice job. Love the figures 👍
Well done Greg, that looks stunning, thankyou for sharing.
magic
Excellent work!
It's nice work. Also, it looks so good.
Love it! I've went and got the recon otter version
Working my way through all your builds and each one blows my mind. You sir, are a master!
Thank you
Nice work
May be ugly, but has its own peculiar attraction or say kinda beauty. Excellent build in my eyes. I'll check your other builds now. By the way, as your vid started, I thought I clicked a wrong vid, Sting was telling his model build...
😂😂👍
Hi buddy, I love some of the IBG kits, I got one if their modern kits. Cheap and interior. I hope you've been ok and your family too ? Please stay safe, matey. If you have a look at a friend of mine, he did this kit. Beez Beesley . Stay safe mukka please
Hi Motty hope all is well, yes this is the first time I've heard of this manufacturer. The amount of plastic and detail is amazing for the money and it all fits too. It's nice to see odd subjects like this being produced rather than the myriad of Tigers and Panthers, not that I don't like these subjects. Stay safe.
Great stuff!!
very nice!!
Ugly? Yes. But what a COOL, ugly truck! Nice job on it, Greg.
Painting is where I really feel like I’m going to ruin a model. I’ve been making models and other things for a long time, but I’m colour-blind so tend to follow painting recommendations that come with the kits. I also tend to go for that new look rather than weathered as the subtly of the colour shading is lost on me when I attempt it. I can appreciate when others do it well though.
Tamiya seems to have considerably upped their game in the figure department. I remember when Tamiya figures were all dumpy-proportioned, wooden-posed rubbish. Pity their colour instructions are wrong, though, if they say to paint the webbing "tan" (it should be green).
Excuses can be 'my dog ate my model kit'!
"Excuses excuses always excuses" 😂
weird kit when the first thing you need to build is the instructions
Greg, is there a special tool for disassembling instruction booklets? Can you put a link in the description please? Can you recommend one brand over another? Was there any drying time between instruction reassembly and moving onto the next stage of the project? I guess I could just use some small pliers but would straight rather than bent nose pliers still work? I like the look of these kits but don't want to fall at the first hurdle. Thanks.
I'll make an in depth video, coming soon 😂
Btw, you forgot to weather the staples when you put them back in 😛
Hi Greg.. when you spray a highlight colour do you use a lower PSI so the coverage is slightly less than the base?
For me my PSI setting never really changes. I use the duel action to control paint and air, but it is an idea👍
If you want to do us a quick video then why not give us a guided tour of your modelling space and stash.
Just a thought.
Yes I've been thinking about it. The problem is there's not much to show. we will see.
Salut my friend super car super video subscribe subscribe
Thank my friend subscribe subscribe
Your building attitude has given me a 'deeper' understanding of model making. Thanks for sharing
Where did you find your kit?
Ebay
@@GregsModels Thank you!!
The men look canny allright Steve Sunderland
Great job. I have always maintained that the British effort in norther Europe in the closing months of the war have gotten far to little attention. Surely model manufacturers can see the market potential since there are only a very few British subjects. Naturally there are kits depicting the Germans in every conceivable pose and uniform combination. So great job and very refreshing . Thanks
I couldn't agree more 👍
They just don't sell. I used to be active some years ago in the model figure fraternity and knew several small manufacturers. British subjects just don't sell anything like as much as the German (or American) ones do. Not even close.
do make a vignette!0
Greg, just about EVERY video you post is a very humbling experience for me !!
And I am grateful for that.
You are very welcome
