as a banjo main I have my back turned to the enemy prolly 70% of the game, lmao I love back air. As well, it helps for dashing out bc you don’t have to go through the turnaround animation so it’s a couple frames saved
Btw I often set up my Granade to a Plattform and then Waveland on it to grab it many people then Try to attack me but I just shield and when it explodes you can do some combos works pretty often for me

But that isn't an idj. An idj is when you double jump as close to the ground as possible to use you double jump like your regular grounded jump because the double jump gets more height and or drift or it makes buffering an arieal on a full hopish trajectory possible. What you are doing is like a buffered double jump arieal. At least thats what I think.

I keep trying it but I can't seem to predict what side they are going to come out on. Third, what are banjos 2frame tools? I think fsmash can and you can use grenades, and I think dtilt can not 2 frame most characters if any.

To do IDJ, do you do a full hop but then at the top of the full hop input another jump and “A” ? Just a little confused still
I think just press jump and a button at the same time at the peak of the first jump, I gotta test it out
