    Have a feeling that the condos were never made..

    This is what I would have done. Instead of sitting around for 15 months waiting for something I am not sure of, I would have gone for the first house, then 15 months later sold it and if the 2nd condo was truly built, buy from that one, if not, maybe buy something better than the first house somewhere else. By then I would have settled into the country, mixed with the locals enough to know good places and the real estate market. Additionally, I did like the 1st home. I thought the layout was cute, the finishings were nice and modern, had extra loft spaces that could use air mattresses for when guests come over plus great location.

    Must have got ripped off! Honduras is known for conmen and the condo may not have come up at all! Typical Canadians - making foolish decisions!

    • @isupportlocal259
      @isupportlocal259 3 года назад +1

      Nothing to follow up... the developer Fabrizio Mazzone messed up and wasnt able to build any 1 or 2 bedrooms villas, and the 3 bedrooms that he built are Black mold-infested!!!! Stay away!!!!
