hi. m trying to upload my products on POS in odoo its stuck or recommending me to use the one that is already in the system. currently m using the trial version ... and m so far intrested in shifting to odoo... but this problem is stoping me is there any solution
We have been using Odoo for 5 months. While some aspects are functional, we have found the financial module to be particularly weak, which has been a challenge for us. For example, to prepare an invoice for sending to the bank (creating an .xml file), you need to make exactly ten clicks (assuming the client is already entered in the database). After that, you have to import the .xml file into the bank. Sending data (payments) directly to the bank is not possible, which in 2025 would seem like a basic feature. According to Odoo, this functionality will not be available even in 2026, making them a dinosaur.
Hey Fraj Amri, our goal is to find a solution for every industry. We have also already developed a solution based on Odoo for the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. For more information check out our website: www.odoo-bs.com/healthcare-life-sciences
Governmental organization procurement and approval process, ticketing system, knowledge management system, archive system, additional local calendar are key points I didn't get from odoo.
Just started trying out the platform to recommend a switch for my company. not really impressed, the small things that they overlook shows that they might just be focusing on the marketing soundbites to gain customers. For example, I created a database, deleted said database and now cannot reuse the name of the deleted database ("this database name already exists"). This is laughably juvenile for such a major platform.
Thanks for your comment. Odoo is pretty impressing, if you get a closer look at the functionalities. We are happy to show you the system in a free demo. Therefore please contact us on info@odoo-bs.com.
Hey Panday Amit Ray, there is a free version called "Odoo One App" for one app only and unlimited users. For more information check out our website: www.odoo-bs.com/pricing
The User Interface is no longer like that. The Apps are a garbled bunch of icons that can't be properly ordered and finding a viable implementor in the USA is problematic. Given that, the ease of use as shown is not possible.
Thank u! Im new and using this for my procurement company for 2023! Im excited to have my systems automated!
Your presentation let me have a high level vision of Odoo.tks.

These are key points I want addressed for the type of system I need. What platform did you end up using?
@@Jon-oi8kn Sounds like you need a system like Coupa
