As the first comment said that grandizer U was made by Arabic company and why was it because it’s literally more popular in Middle East than it’s home Japan from my knowledge Japanese people hated it because it ruined kogi character and didn’t feature maznger z but in Middle East there was no maznger z so there was no hate and everyone loved it and it’s intro song is one most legendary intro themes to exist try listen to it with English subtitles it’s really cool and that’s why you see a lot of Arab / Muslim representation in this anime and I can confirm the info I have because because I am Arab and Muslim born 2008 and watched it when was airing it’s re runs this show was planned and announced around 2-3 years ago I remember seeing the announcement and being hyped also there won’t be any kind dating in this anime because it’s made by Arabs so datum and having boyfriend or girlfriend won’t happen in it what’s possible is seeing married couples like duke and Rubina and they say anything about dating then I guess they added that part secretly when making the sub but I don’t think they that because I watched subbed through pirating websites and there none for Arabic dub so I had to watch the sub
