¿es necesario escuchar los audios y visualizar o puedo hacer otras cosas? (esto debido a que suelo escuchar los audios mientras duermo, cocino, me baño y así)
a pesar de tener una playlist, ¿es necesario escucharla varias veces al día? (tengo dos, y como son casi 87 juntas, pues es mucho para el tiempo que le dí a manifestar)
