how do red/blue lights help your skin? genuinely curious. seen it a lot but idk anything about it other than the lights are relaxing lol
at a guess at close range say 1cm off skin may or may not be 'benificial' as far as ive seen on some research (for debunking 'blue light is danger' nonsence). i would personally say it doesnt do anything as most 'skin care' is BS anyway....just a sales gimmic. any 'beneficial' stuff would need to be close range (about 1cm off skin), but im not convinced it actually does do anything other than look nice.
blue light (most lighting) is really a pure mood thing (like youve seen/heard yourself) & harmless as long as its not in the UV range which blue light (standard) isnt. youll have also come across controvacy on blue lighting thats completly false and misrepesented, with 'health hazards' been mis labled....only issue is like with any light, you can lose sleep over it hence why people on night shifts use black out blinds to sleep during the day. at 3.5volt per LED you wont get much 'health' joy out of it other than mood lighting. use of blue light does NOT effect you brain lol nor fire 'death beams' at us...its just more mood lighting. i guess people get so upset about blue lights are more due to them been druggies, and cant see their veins for injecting.
