I prefer take the M50. You will drive more Kilometers, but It´s more funny. Less car, 120 speed limit,... M30 and M40 have more traffic and the speed limit is 90 Km/h. (M30) or 100 Km/h. (M40)

I think you don't need to take m-30... That's too close to Madrid. I would say M-50... But i'm not sure though.
