If being underscored here was the reason for ditching this program and going to the Worlds with their FD from the previous year, I think that was a mistake. This program was definitely a step forward and I have a feeling the judges would have probably put them in the top 3 or 4 in FD at the Worlds, given how they scored the top 4 couples. Although their recycled 1999-2000 FD was fantastic, as well, they should have known going back to an old program never works in Ice Dancing and would have simply given the judges more reasons to continue to underscore them...and they did.
