G/F is just for drop off and restaurant B1/F is departure concourse,ticketing and safety check B2/F is the tunnel leads to kowloon station and Austin station and the arrival concourse including immigration for entering HK and leaving china. B3/F is the immigration for leaving HK and entering china and waiting area of the high speed railway. B4/F is the platform of the high speed railway. # I visited west kowloon station before,B3 floor is the waiting area not departure and arrival. That is all,I hope you can take my advice.
