Just listened to this album (I had not heard this band previously), and yes, this is great stuff! Love the way they take many different influences and styles (from some of my favorite bands) and shape them into something different and varied, and uniquely their own. Also love the harmonies and interplay between the female and male vocalists. They offer many different styles from song to song (and within songs), but it all fits together and feels consistent and cohesive (no jarring disconnects as the styles change). A quite wonderful album and a must for fans of classic (and modern) prog.
Hi Nathan...So glad you're doing a review of this fantastic album. As soon as I heard Don't Panic, I bought all of their albums, and every one is massively impressive. This is definitely my album of the year.
