I know you guys will probably never see this but if this puts a smile on anybody else's face my day is made 10 tens over.
I nearly cried when I saw you guys had uploaded this because I've been waiting for years and years for 'Like the Angel" to be acoustic. You guys couldn't have made a better rendition of this song on the acoustic.
Since my 13 years, the teen angst, feeling the world is out to get you, first loves, first heartbreaks, first live performances and first beers with friends your music has been the soundtrack of my life up until my current 21 years. I'm so thankful you guys are around.

Tim sings like an angel. Rise Against and Breaking Benjamin have been my favorite bands ever since 2008 and that has not nor will it ever change. I could not decide between the two even with a gun to my head. Thank you, Rise Against.

i think Injection is too "hardcore" for it to be covered in a slower acoustic version
There are some accoustic recordings on YouYube for songs on siren song of the counter culture. I'd recommend looking them up. There's a badass accoustic cover of paper wings too.

I must admit I stopped actively listening to Rise Against after Sufferer & the Witness and stuck with the old stuff. But this, this is huge. Listening to this version instantly drove tears in my eyes. 😢

One of the first albums I've ever came across. One of the first songs I heard. And together with Torches this will be the utmost peak for me.
I found this acoustic version short after I lost my mother to cancer.
It helped me to cope with loss. because of the lyrics I knew before... the flow of the song I'Ve heard before.

I can not wait July 27! I had been on RA's gig a week ago with my son, heard this, and since then listen to this song 10x a day, want to play guitar again, want to be a teen again. I have not been a fan of a band like now since 1990.
I got my brother to listen to this song about 15 years ago and til this day it's one of his favorites songs I hear him listening to it every now and then it's a really great song

I have broken heart. I couldnt cope at all, but my friend help me realized I actually want him to be happy. And then I just discovered this re-release. So thank you rise against for enforcing what my friend said. I want him to be happy with her or anyone else really, because you can't make somebody love you. Now all I have to do, day by day be a little less drowned in sorrow and little more on terms with that.

I love the original but I love rhis version a bit more. The first time i heard Rise Against was like hearing an Angel. Its funny because my first time hearing them i was like "Yeah, no thanks, too punky for me. " My friends were like i am certain you will love this band and i just wasnt ready i guess. Then about 5 years into adulting i was working at a steel mill and heard 'Prayer of Refugee' and was like whoa that was really good and now Rise Against is my favorite band and somehow made me feel not alone in my worse points. Some days i just need to listen to a bunch of Rise Against.
Anyways love this song, love Rise Against. I love all their fans too. I still cant believe with their lyrics and styles and constantly doing things differently but still amazing they seem so under rated but if you know you know i guess.
