I absolutely adore this remix! Most remixes of Temporal spire go for either a dramatic, orchestral feel or a really low-key sense of creeping dread. This is the first remix I've run into that accomplishes both really well! The "running out of time" feeling persists even as the music swells into dramatic bursts of instrumentation, and it really helps the whole thing feel coherent even as the instruments change in and out
Does anybody else remember dying to a monster house and losing the items you were gonna bring to the primal dialga fight?

Temporal tower = Running against the clock
Oddly enough, a lot of the quieter parts of this song (especially up to the 45 second mark and shortly after the 2 minute mark, to name a couple examples) give me very strong Oblivion vibes (the Tom Cruise movie). It sounds absolutely amazing. It’s probably one of my favorite renditions of this song I’ve heard in recent times. It is mercifully less bombastic than most other reorchestrations I’ve heard, and it does a great job incorporating a kind of darkness/techno vibe that fits with the clock aesthetic perfectly.
