Before even watching the video I’ll say my favorite is Straczynski, followed by Bendis on Ultimate. Never could quite get into the older Spidey stuff, maybe one day. The new Ultimate by Hickman looks really tempting, not very difficult when you have Checchetto doing the artwork.

My favorite runs would be: Ultimate Bendis No. 1. Straczynski No. 2. Ultimate Hickman is No. 3 but huge potential to jump higher if it keeps getting this good for 10 more issueas :). The old stuff is too dated for my taste. Not just the artwork with limited color palette but also the script due to cultural differences due to being written 60 years ago. I'd love if they started doing comic book remasters similar to video game remasters - update graphics to leverage new coloring techniques, lighting etc, and simplify / shorten those verbose texts - but keep the same story. I'd really love to read old Peter stuff in a nice new presentation. Also don't like Dan Slott's runs except for the Superior SM. It's too much action, too little characterization, too much cringe. And I have yet to read the newer stuff, kinda moved to other stuff post-Slott.
