Well the origins of asmr is from Chinese techniques using the “meridians” or what they call the 13 “ energy flows “ throughout your body .. so is it truly okay to use as a Christian ? Just like yoga

I cried listening to Matthew, something about hearing the voice, in a whisper, and so I can meditate on the words like when I was a kid and Mom used to read the Bible to me and my brother. God bless!

This is refreshing :) and @Tiffany Black it isn’t judging anyone. The new age era is not something Christians usually wish to get involved with. In fact, it is very dangerous to dabble in any of it.I do wish you well though ❤️
