Crescent City Florida's video for Hometown takeover...Promoted by HGTV. Along with this video, five pictures were submitted, a script used referenced by Pat at the beginning of the video and a letter from Putnam County Commissioner Jeff Rawls expressing his support of the efforts put forth by all to inform people of our hidden treasures here in Putnam County.
Last, we'd like all investors to consider Crescent City for their next project. We have have been identified as an Economic Opportunity Zone. This will give anyone a sizable incentive to help us revitalize our city.

I love this city and was fortunate enough to spend some formative years here in my youth. I bring my family here to visit this wonderful place from time time and contemplate returning to reside in hopes that my children might have the privilege of growing up in a place that exemplifies family values and historic charm. Thank you to those who put this lovely video together.

This was a good video and hope Crescent City gets chosen. I have so many childhood memories from going to visit my grandparents there. Seeing the old family home in this video made me cry. I wish I was a millionaire so I could restore the house. I remember my Nanny up on a ladder, in her late 70s or early 80s, painting that house.
To see it now is very sad.

Widening the highway that cuts right through the center of town changed the whole character of Crescent City. There is not much we can do about that, but having pedestrian crossings every couple of blocks may help.

Good job on the video. 👍 Unfortunate that the clouds and melancholy guitar in the second half seems fitting. No shot of the new grant funded median through the main road in town that makes it difficult for drivers to turn around or turn into businesses? Long trips to Walmart, ordering from Amazon, and UN Agenda 21 kickbacks, put most smaller towns in the USA in competition for being the "Sad Mayberry."

When my parents moved back up to Indiana it was to make their "millions" and retire back there.
My parents have said that Crescent City isn't what it use to be.
