Escape plan = the key can unlock every door right?
Just pass the keys to the middle guy then to anna, let her unlock her cage, climb the middle man's cage, take the boiling water and pour it on the man on the right, unlock their doors one by one with the key, swim to the canoe, ride it back to her friends, pick them up and problem solved

For the key one I was thinking that they could pass the key to the locked cage unlock it then the person free could move the ice into the boiling water so the ice cage guy can excape then relice the water now cold from the ice so the water cage guy can climb out
