For guys that can’t find this setting and are on a laptop, it’s probably that your iGPU is handling that part of your display, but you can remedy this once you connect your laptop to an external monitor and by only showing display 2, this happens due to Optimus meaning your dedicated gpu is still passing iGPU on your laptop display.

Well, to make it short...there is no solution, I watched many tutorials but nothing worked, but I understood why, As in my case I have a Ryzen AMD powered laptop, which is banning any other software to edit the video display or colours, so I gave up and edited the display through the AMD program
Ofcourse no matter how u edit through the iGPU control panel it won't give u the same outcome like nvidia's display quality, but it is what it is.
      I'm sorry, I wish I could help.
By the way, if u have a case like this and u can't bypass the iGPU which taking control of the display exclusively, then try this solution that I made, I connected the laptop with my smart TV through HDMI, and in this case u can have better display since the outcome display will be throughout ur nvidia card, but still won't allow u to have a display option in the nvidia control panel.

Unfortunately when I tried to disable it through device manager, it resulted in disabling the whole graphics related programs which mean u can't even run any video player, I thought it would let the nvidia gpu take control but it didn't.

I guess the latest driver borked Nvidia control panel for me. I downloaded the latest drivers yesterday, and not only are the display settings missing but I can't configure the surround physx either, the checkbox for configure surround is just greyed out and unclickable. This bugs me because I know for a fact that a few months ago I was able to see the different plugged cables and ports just like normal and I was able to serial connect my monitors for use as one big monitor. But now, all I can see is physx in a sort of speech bubble pointing at the GPU I have, nothing else. I tried doing everything in this video but nothing worked. (PC, windows 10, 2x active screens with HDMI ports on the GPU and one VGA to the integrated graphics on the motherboard)

They often use the integrated APU for desktop and web browsing and only activates your dedicated gpu during gaming, also meaning when you open the control panel from desktop you are not using your dedicated GPU at that time, so go to device manager and disable your intel or amd integrated graphics will also free up space on your CPU. The solution is easy, which is to turn off the Intel graphics card from the device manager while keeping the external Nvidia graphics card on. At first, you may encounter a problem with the screen not turning on after turning off the Intel graphics card, but do not worry, just change the HDMI cable and turn on the computer again and you will see the Nvidia Control Panel settings appear in full.

In my case, connecting the DisplayPort cable to the video card solved the problem IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE THE SCREEN FLASHED, but I tried everything before, uninstalling Nvidia Geoforce and Nvidia Control Panel and restarting the PC, then reinstalling it, disabling the video card, etc.
    I have a Ryzen 5 5600G, Asus TUF GAMING B550M, and an RTX 3060ti.
Shouldn't it work on the motherboard's DisplayPort output with a monitor with G-SYNC technology? Should it??
Most of the time the PROBLEM is the cable connected incorrectly or defective. Forget about updating the driver, it's always a waste of time that will make you very irritated.

Yall, i found a solution. I had a nvidia Grafics card and amd cpu. If you have intel cpu. Just go to intel command center and it will have all the options. And for amd , i was trying to get my second monitor scaling right (it is a small tv btw) in amd Radeon app, setting - display,( select the right disply)click hdmi likh assurance, then use hdmi scaling. And now do not try to get display setting in you nvidia control panal cause by ny research its not possible. Because you cpu has the display setting in it. And even after making my nvidia as main. It doesn't work. Use seperate software for it.
