Every time I buy a wig, I have to see the cap because it is always way too big for my head, I haven’t found a single wig that I can just put on even those with the bands already in them or when I sew in my own elastic band, the cap is always too big
I’m so baffled!! I’ve ordered two wigs from this company and another reputable company, however my wig never looks like the ambassadors wig EVER!!! They give us their bad wigs and this is very sad and bad for business!! I ordered a 16 inch which the ends were super split by the time I trim it, it’ll be a 12 inch! I’m done with human hair wigs!! Never ever have I gotten a good quality wig and they do this for business, advertising looks unbelievable and it is!!!👎🏾

Oh no it’s based on the brand of bleach powder I’m using. This powder only allows maximum of 25 vol
