Im just curious if you have tried it because I was thinking of trying some type of schedule. I think Gryphi mentioned they upload on certain days, stream on certain days, and they have ADHD as well . I wonder if that would help individuals with ADHD to prevent burnout? I currently just record and just edit when I have time. I've been thinking about trying a schedule and see if it helps me. I go through cycles where I'm super inspired and do videos regularly then I get bored and ADHD gets in my way. I take medication for it but it doesn't completely fix things 🙃 anyways I'm just curios if you have tried that and if you founs it helpful?
