Not flexible? No worries! Follow along with this quick ballet-inspired stretching sequence. Great for beginners or anyone in need of an incredible quick and effective stretch. Use a chair or wall for support if needed.
    ▸ Level: Beginner
    ▸ Equipment: None
▸ Full Stretching Sequence on the TLB app: Beginner Deep Daily Stretch
    TRAINING TIPS:
    1. Warm your beautiful body up! I can not emphasis this enough. If you're time poor, at least do the bare minimum and raise your heart rate up with 1 x minute of star jumps. For the most effective stretch do this 15 minute mobility routine before:
    • BEGINNER MORNING MOBIL...
    2. Think ACTIVE stretches NOT STATIC. Although majority of these stretches are classified as 'static stretches' it doesn't actually mean they are still. Lengthen throughout the entire duration of each stretch and use your STRENGTH to bring you deeper.
    3. BREATHE. Oof, the importance of breathing in general let alone while training and stretching, I could go on for days! Think of inhaling deeply through the nose then with each exhale think of creating space for your body to move deeper into your end range of motion.
Too easy? • 12 MIN DEEP DAILY STRE...
Too hard? Use a chair or wall.
    Happy stretching TLB family 🧡

Good morning, the scenery is SO beautifully chosen and I totally agree that it is so kind of you to share it for free with us :) I did your video the other way round, because to me it is more natural to take first care of the head and afterwards of the hamstrings :D 💚

Another great video!! ❤💚💛 Quick question,🤔 I have been practicing my middle split for almost 10 years, but for some reason my middle split is always 1 inch off the ground. I am very flexible, so I don't understand why I can't do a full middle split or straddle? Thank you!

Great questions Myah 👌🏽 Gaining flexibility is not actually just to do with stretching. You must incorporate correct strength work and end range of motion training too. There is a 6 week MIDDLE SPLITS PROGRAM on Train Like a Ballerina - it’s amazing! I’d recommend enrolling in that program. Please let me know how you go as I’d love to follow your journey 🧡 trainlikeaballerina.com
