Same thing happened with me and customer care is not ready to listen, not refunding, item collected by Amazon courier boy then they are not refunding. Product bhi rakh liya aur refund bhi nahi, Fraud Amazon.

Mujhe amazon ne cheat kiya ...seller ne Biba ka product exchange mein adha diya ..mainey turant customer care ko bataya toh unhone return bola toh mainey bola mujhe fir se exchange provide karo kyuki meri galti nahi hai...toh customer care walon ne bola woh seller ko contact karke batayenge..fir unlogon ne mujhe feedback nahi diya fir return date se pehale jab mainey return k liye bola toh amazon walon ne bola hum return bhi accept nahi kiya aur bola hum investigation order karenge fir hi apka return lenge toh mainey bola ki meri return do din baad ki hai toh woh log bole ki koi baat nahi maam return date ki chinta na karen...fir jab mainey khud hi dobara customer care call kiya toh woh bole ki investigation mein yeh aya ki apko pura product diya aur return date chali gayi hai toh return nahi hoga....kabhi nahi socha tha ki amazon yeh sab karega...
I have the same problem now, and that's why I found your video . I ordered a xiaomi notebook (rs.48,000 )but got a HP one. After I raised a complaint, they investigated, and agreed to refund. They too 15 days for pickup, but then did not refund. When asked , they raised another investigation and they say they got the wrong product, so they cannot refund and their decision is final.
I have photos of the wrong product, also the pickup guy photo and label he brought.
What can I do?
what happened? any update.. am so frustrated even with all the proofs amqzon denied any refund or replacement

National consumer helpline and edaaakhil.... Both are govt of india organisation.... Complain there....they are very active... My Rs. 31999/- refund ed by them... Amazon package mobile i purchased...
