Hi Mike and Haley. This is the most we've seen Haley's reflections. Getting more comfortable or losing her ninja skills? I absolutely love this house and that patio/pool area. I don't particularly care for the glass walls on the office (would be a library for me) but that's nothing. Love how the kitchen is open, but only on 1 side. And that window, wow! This particular house is in a great location with that undeveloped land behind it. Looks like they have a walking path there, too. Thanks for another beautiful house.
I'm a big time John Canon fan but I'm very surprised about two things. 1- for a 3.1M house this is the first one from Canon that does not have built cabinets for the closets. 2- That's a hell of a price for a home that is basically surrounded by DR Horton homes starting at 300K. I know AR homes are there and Kee Wetherington but I do not know how the values will be in the future.

This home is waaaay overpriced. Watch and see where the price will be in 12-18 months. #Crash
