If I'm going to spend 2.1 million I don't want to be within stone's throw of the neighbors

This house had a lot of promise. I adore the foyer, the arches and the wood slat paneling. I swear if I never see a barn door in a luxury home again it will be too soon. The tile in the primary shower is intense-intense. Two steps from insanity intense. Floors are gorgeous. Kitchen was sacrificed for a formal dining room. Thanks for the tour Marcus and Merry Christmas!!

Interesting interior floor plan. Nice foyer with direct access to study/guess room w full bath!! Then straight to dining room and continuing to a wonderful great room. Lots of tall, floor to ceiling windows. Great kitchen. Seems common place to have a refrigerator camouflaged with cabinetry (as if part of cabinets) ❤!!! Love the second floor aerial view down to great room. Great bathroom but tub in shower 🤔? Spacious Master BdR!!! Overall nice home and I can see myself living here!!. One observation, it seems this house is very (too) close to the blue house on the left??? Great tour and thanks for sharing. Take care!!

This house is quite pretty, Very warm and cozy, just wish the neighbors weren't so close.

Cute house. Its a little too close to neighbors and no privacy in the backyard for the price point.

Nice home, really. Needs more land and privacy from neighbors with the price point.
Surprising that they didn't give the Master Porch the pretty fireplace for a cozy get-away. The one out of the kitchen feels small.
Feels like those porches should be switched in the backyard.

The kitchen is never big enough in these houses. Need much more counter space.

I love your videos but I wish that when you show the stove that you can emphasize that it had a grill instead of a griddle cuz I like grills on the stove more than griddles cuz grills are easier on the stove to make to make a nice steak or hamburgers drains the fat better

Nice house, however,, the kitchen and master bathroom was too small. For 2.1 M I would expect those areas to be bigger. Loved the flooring. Just my thoughts.

God I hate those flimsy “seats” in the shower when they just go in a corner. Have to say…not really a fan of this house. The floor plan isn’t that great, the standard ceiling height could be taller and it just look as nicely finished as I would expect for this price point. Kitchen cabinets don’t go to the ceiling….. the porcelain counters just look blah…. Please stop with barn doors…..do pocket doors if you must…. The primary bathroom is average …and STOP PUTTING THE BATH IN THE SHOWER! I like the wood floors and the beams in the primary bedroom. Great tour though! Thankyou 😊

Why did I watch this whole video like this 😮😮😮😮😮? There is no way this house is priced at $2.1 million. It is about $500k at the most. The closet in the primary suite was a disaster. The butlers pantry and food pantry was not a $2.1 million dollar size. Then you might as well wave at the neighbors from your couch. That’s how close you are. For $2.1 million I don’t want to see the first N in neighbor. 😂😂😂. $2.1 million is crazy!! Love Marcus videos though.

That primary suite and closet are travesties; too small for both. Love the shower/tub combo though. Much too close to the neighbors. I would pass on this one.
