I believe the VI DOES NOT cross... (16:30 min) it sends contralateral inputs through the medial longitudinal fasciculus, to the contralateral medial rectus
so superior/inferior oblique muscles rotate the eyes down/up when the eyes are medially positioned, but inferior and superior rectus do the same but when the eyes are positioned laterally?
@@rbg7408 no he means that SO , IO do their actions when the position of the eyes is medially and this is true While rectus muscle act on the eyes when they are laterally in position
Yes bro The first statement of urs about the sup. and inf. oblique making the eyeball depress and elevate respectively when medially placed or you can say when the action of medial rectus is isolated is true. But I'm not sure about the second statement ig that's too true that sup. And inf. Rectus makes elevation and depression respectively when laterally placed.
I have cranial Nerve damage. bells palsy, left side of scale of brain. Alot has come back but not 100% still have a Nerve pull at 3 points from under left ear to top of left eye. And also spinal cord injury, battery victim, and atv wreck
Quick correction: CN XI actually comes out below CN XII. Great job overall; these are very helpful!
Thank you very much sir for your efforts. You make anatomy a lot more interesting. May God bless you
Thank you Sam, for all you do!
Thank you sir!
Wonderful sir

Its very helpful!
your eyes are beautiful! 😂
thank you very much .
Do you have a video for eyelids and Lacrimal Apparatus ? If you do please share the link.
awesome
is there already a intraocular innervation video?
thanks, love it!
Awesome!
Where’s is the first video explaining basic anatomy?

no, its the other way around; the oblliques elevate and depress the eyes laterally and the rectus medially.

Sir ,I know that human brain has no nociceptor.
But if I ask you this - If someone touches my brain gently, will I be able to feel that?
I love you
