‘A Touch of Cloth’ was fantastic
It was. It perfectly skewered all of those cliched ITV crime/detective/police dramas. One of the best spoofs I have ever seen. Good cast as well. John Hannah, Karen Gillan and Julian Rhind-Tutt were all in it.
It's hilarious when people speak exactly like their better half. She has the same inflections as Charlie Brooker. I noticed Bridget Christie speaks like Stewart Lee as well.
So true! I even think Lee and Herring share inflections at times, they spent enough time together for some things to rub off...haha

Ooo Konnie. Used to watch Konnie back on Blue Peter when I was too old to be still watching Blue Peter (she's only a year older than me). Used to work in Waitrose, Ealing and she was in there a few times back in the day with Richard Bacon when she was dating him. She grew up in my home town, Ealing, never recognised her though, so had never seen her round town before Blue Peter.
