Would you also recommend putting a VPS on while running the EA bot? I ran my EA Bot then went to work. When I came back, I still had the same amount of currency in my meta trader wallet, but I also found out my computer went off.
Yes, a VPS is the best way to go. A home computer is good enough for testing. But when real money is on the line, too many things can happen with a home computer.

Hello I followed your video and I’m trying to run this EA in mt4 on my eight cap demo. I’m on my Vps and it registers the account but it’s like not fully activated thru the terminal as in I can’t buy or sell thru the demo account even tho I have access to it and it logs in. I dropped my ex4 file into the data folder and it shows in the folder but not under the advisor tab under navigation. Did the company send me a false EA?

Please how many currency pairs can you trade at the same time with an EA? I watched a guy say a particular EA works best with GBPUSD? Can I drag the EA to as many currency pairs of my choice?
Yes, you can use an EA on any currency pair. But it's best to use it on the suggested currency pair.
hey bro thanks for the video... quick question... does someone can modify the inputs tab? its because I bought an EA and theres no more options on the input tab just the magic number...does it mean that in order to activate it , i need to put the magic number? its because the creator of the EA told me that the other options, i.e. lots , etc, will show once it activates the magic number..... this is so strange lol
You need to have the source code to add a parameter to the inputs tab.

I loved this video I am in a situation where I had a robot created on Fiverr and it was created in note pad and saved as a text document. I dragged and dropped the EA to expert but when I refresh it still does not pop up for me to drag and drop on the chart. Do you know why this is a problem for me?
You have to copy the code into a MQL file in the MetaTrader Code Editor. Then compile it. If it compiles, then save, restart MT and the EA will be available to use. MT can't use a straight text file.

Thanks very much for the information on how to install an EA. I tried to install a Lot Calculation EA according to the guidelines given here. it has been installed on to the Expert Advisors on the Navigator bar. But when I double click or Click and drag on to the chart, it does not open the data box. Does anybody know the reason or the way to overcome this issue please?

So if auto-trading button is green and you drag the EA to the chart, it means the auto-trading for this EA is on already?
You may also have to activate a couple of things in the EA settings also.

Thanks for the video, I installed the EA and did everything as you mentioned. But instead of it saying "Allow trades" it states "market is closed". Even though it is Thursday. How can I fix this?
The broker can close trading for a few minutes during the interbank market or your internet connection went down.
Thanks for the answer. I guess there is still another mistake. I installed the EA on another broker (which worked without a problem), but the initial broker still states "market is closed" after more than 12 hours of running the software.@@TradingHeroes

Yeah, MT4 can be glitchy. Maybe you have some conflicting EAs or something.

I get the file via email and are ex4 file.
So to install it i have first to download the file but when the download starts i got another format and not ex4... How can I fix that?
