I would like to point out one mistake in the definition of Assault "causing V fear of an immediate unlawful force whereas infliction doesn't, not at all means fear it simply means "anticipation" V does not fear of an immediate unlawful force in Assault, instead anticipate or expect an unlawful force.

Hi, I liked your video, but a Battery from my understanding has no statutory definition, only the punishment for a battery is set out in the statute under s.39 Criminal Justice Act 1988. The definition and all elements of the offence of battery are set out in common law case law.
