@@mikahoolwerff3563 the thing is you can't change sniper scopes in the middle of matches so it's best to carry 2 anyway so that you have a close range, and a long range. From what i've heard the kar does far better for no scoping close to mid range.
@@svviftghost i mean, im not carrying 2 snipers into battle. i know all the stats, hdr has great velocity while the rx has better rechamber speed and a bit of ads, the kar is the improved version of the xr with even better rechamber and ads while keeping the instant headshot. however it has very bad body/limb dmg and the velocity isnt impressive.

@@J0hnHenrySNEEDen playing plunder or multiplayer modes will help since you get a lot more action. It mostly comes down to experience and learning the ins and outs of how the gun handles. I dont have any other specific tips besides use it a lot and learn from your deaths
The HDR using Monolithic, HDR pro barrel, variable zoom, FTAC Champion and another Equipment of your liking is a beast. You can make the gun as accurate as you want, but the variable zoom makes it possible to hit shots left and right like a psycho in a way accuracy or ergonomics can't provide you. You need just half the time to aim. I definitely suggest it for console plebs like myself who can't do point and click adventures.
Kar98K for quick-scope style player. Seen some people using it in close range combat and just popping people head's off. If you confident enough with your skill, go for it.
I think it depends what kind of sniping you do. For agro sniping I would use the Kar, but for more passive I would say the HDR, and for more assertive sniping 100% the AX-50
I love this video and the headshot explanation. I forgot who's video, but someone did the velocity test at a higher frame rate and the AX50 won. Even the in game description for the HDR States it has a lower bullet velocity

One thing I notice people don’t talk about and a lot of people will say I’m wrong, but I notice theirs a movement damage penalty with rifles. If you stand still and shoot it will do the full damage, if you are side stepping, it sometimes won’t, this has happened to me so much in regular multiplayer, I’m not sure about warzone.

Don't need to use FMJ either. I get stopping power rounds every couple kills. That's like a scavenger / FMJ combo. I'm telling ya this is the perfect overpowered AX50 sniper class set up you can possibly have. It took a lot of trial and error , Time and effort to figure it out. It was worth it though cuz this a beast of a set up.
Please compare the best ARs! Thanks or mp5 and mp7. The HDR should lose a star for reload for fact you can’t move fast whilst reloading as it cancels it. HDR feels slow and sluggish compared to the others
-kar98 is thus great for anything but warzone where every single fucker has armor and where the ranges can be insane. -ax-50 is ideal for ground war and bigger maps HDR the ideal pick for warzone, yet the ax-50 could still be useful.
12:27 keep in mind that you can change how the scope picture looks, if that triangle bothers you. After 200 kills on that scope, you can change it at the page, where you change the camo on the gun. I personally hate the triangle and use a close-mid-range scope/built of the KAR
You're wrong with your attachments for the ax50. The stippled grip tape only provides you 1 extra frame of ads compared to the 4 frames of ads the stock gives you so the grip is definitely what you want to leave out.

I can confirm I have gotten multiple headshots with the kar98 in warzone and it wasn't a one shot kill. This was a few days though and I just used it today and this didn't happen once.

So glass, both vehicle and building windows, absorbs damage? Does it affect the HDR and AX-50 the same, e.g. they stop doing 1-shots at the same range through glass?
I haven't tested how much windows affect damage, I've just noticed that all windows seem to prevent 1 shotting. Maybe I'll go more in-depth on that next video
If i'm aiming at someone, i'm going to shoot immediately, so i don't see how the tac laser will be an issue when a bullet is headed their way anyway. If it's something that you feel will give you away then feel free to remove it

Thirdly i Shouldn’t the have to just aim for head to kill someone with the kar that would just make the sniper really shitty to use. I’ve been sniping for years and this is the worst sniper I’ve ever used with the inconsistency
@@rickey462 its possible, it's just not easy. In my experience, the enemy will take cover after a body shot and armor up leading to a long fight. I'm always aiming for the head when i snipe

Hey just a quick story today in plunder / 1 guy on top of airport with hdr , me on the mountains next to dam with my ax50 , i think we shot in the same time , he killed me ,and after a split second my bullet killed him . First time it happens after many sniper kills , if i would not get the kill cam to see i would assume he was faster , and there i realised that i also killed him. Great vid by the way , keep it up !

You can change the scope reticle in the gunsmith. Would definitely recommend for the KAR.

Windows seem to count as barriers so you're essentially giving them a wallbang reducing dmg
