As a general rule, all lows that stagger on block or knowdown on hit are better blocked and launched. There’s few exceptions like feng’s db3

It is indeed a good video but you should say if a move should be blocked and punish or should be parry like here 23:06 it is better to block and punish it as its -31 on block which means any character can punish jin's 2,1,4~4 btw really informative video.
