I've always heard good things about tapper horn boxes and compressed horn I been thinking about making a dual chamber base reflects but that's going to be a big ass box and it's going to be really boomy the hornbach 6 are very efficient and clean Bass
I mean common Sense would tell me that it's probably the size that is closest matching the measurements of the interior of the box. Cuz you know if they say they're going to put a 12 and 1 then it's not going to be f****** 20 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 20 inches high it might be more like 13 inches wide 20 inches deep but common Sense should definitely tell you and I know there's a lot of people that don't have any damn common sense anymore but think about that again before you ask another slightly ridiculously stupid question
5 - 18inch 4- 15/18 inch 3- fits 18/21inch 2- double 18inch subs 1- double 18 but if you add 2cm of height , you can fit two 21inch performance subs that will create over 140dB of SPL at 20Hz. Two boxes like that more than enough to make party for like 2000k people. But i will use rather 4 than 2..
I made one of these enclosure too, please help me how do I keep the box from moving? Speacially If we play inside the mall, where the floor are made of tiles.too slippery, any tips please? Thank you.
if a box vibrates or even moves, it's a sign that the insulation is not damp enough or even the material used is too thin, use a ratchet rope to overcome this.
@@DiamondDog_ if the box is already badly constructed, you can either disasaamble the whole box and add tiles of the same wood on each wall or, make a new one from 2cm thick MDF. The best material for the last enclosure. You need to push the air out, not around the sub. If the box is stiff and i mean, really stiff, in front of the subwoofer could be around 130dB of SPL at 25Hz. The higher spl is not needed, if you need higher spl for lower frequencies, use 2 or 3 same boxes and each box adds 3dB of " loudness " so 130dB with one box, 136db with 3 boxes

Is it ferrite or neodymium magnets
Should be ferrite for sealed speaker box.
