I reckon the persons who actually buy these wallets will give away the coins as a tip and always keep notes in it.
Hence the companies didn't even consider putting a coin pocket.
They do make ones with coin pockets 🤷🏻♂️
The Louis Vuitton has leather on the inside of the wallet and canvas on the outside. Idk why it’s so hard for everyone to get this right.
Because it doesn't look or feel like leather.

I have them both and I can confidently say that the Gucci one just isn’t as high quality. Although, I do find that Goyard wallets hold up better than LV.
Oh really I never owned goyard I’ll probably give it a try after I wear out my Gucci one. Thanks for that info. :)
I got the black snake print Gucci wallet from the Gucci store. It’s really nice. 10/10 recommend it 🤙🏼

@@zahrabensaid3776 The wallet is still looking good. Admittedly I don't use it that much these days as I tend to use a cardholder instead. But the quality of the wallet is great and it's definitely a good investment 👍
I think Gucci makes better wallets than Louis Vuitton however Louis Vuitton eat someone who comes to belts

Gucci is WAY better than LV. 8 years strong with my gucci wallet and nothing has failed on it like it's failed on the LV in this video! You will not hear about Gucci wallets cracking.
I gotta admit I have a soft spot for designer wallets and wallets in general. But I’ve changed up. My last designer wallet was a nice ferragamo wallet that is now 3 years old. But now I buy custom hand made wallets. They’re more durable and very rugged looking....

Never owned one :( Oyeah that’s cool I bet that’s true, I’m sure the custom wallets have way better work on them then the regular customer ones. I’ve seen RUclips videos on how people make custom ones and look way nicer and waaaaayyyyyy durable cuz of the materials.

LV canvas is definitely better than Gucci. Just that the stitching comes off after a while. My LV still look in great condition after 6 years. Where my Gucci sling bag conners starts to peel after 1.5 years.
Stiching is horrible on LV

I got the leather king snake. I love how these are hand made and definitely suggest you have it maintained by a professional every few months.
I've had a gucci wallet for 8 years. Lots of use including accidentally washing it in a washing machine a few times. Not one thread or corner has failed and I haven't had anyone "maintain" it.
@@mightbegenius its called taking it to the store to get it cleaned up and yeah they even suggest you do that.
@@arielcorona7548 so you're saying you need somebody to clean your wallet? Ok then, maintain the hell out of a wallet. When you own cars and houses you don't have time for that garbage. You want a wallet you can buy and use for years and it hold up without any trouble, which Gucci does extraordinarily well.
@@mightbegenius i know i have the leather gucci snake wallet, i do own foreigns and i do own my own place. You are right i don’t have time to clean and maintain all of them. Thats why i let professionals do it. Its their job.

I from LYXBAG bought a Birkin and I went into Louis Vuitton at South Coast Plaza with a friend who wanted to buy a card case and we received great customer service. They offered us water..LOL I would never buy authentic knowing that are just as good.

Louis Vuitton wallets for the most part are better made. Most Gucci wallets are too delicate.

Did you ever find out if gucci repairs items?
Hi yes Gucci does repair item if they aren’t too beat up or if the item is within 2 years of purchase, some item can be up to 5 years of purchase which are bags I think. The person did tell me it up to a month for repair and they send out the charge after .

Louis Vuitton men's wallets hold up like shit. I had the same exact wallet for three years and the stitching was ripping exactly where his was. But I'm only 125 lbs. I took it back to LV when the stitching started to come apart and they told me I shouldn't have worn it in my back pocket. I asked the woman how many men does she know that don't wear their wallets in their back pocket? And I also told her I have a Coach wallet that's 11 years old and the stitching is fine. LV is a total ripoff, especially when you consider the outside is canvas. VERY unimpressed! And company representatives are very impolite, as though they don't need your business. I now have a Gucci Marmont wallet that is entirely leather and $160 less than the LV wallet. It is much more beautiful, elegant with precise stitching.
Yeah I agree with you 100%. The employee is dumb, every guy wears there wallets in the back pocket. Lv needs to step it up a bit.

Hi thanks for subscribing :) on the Gucci wallet I just checked right now and it doesn’t have any. On the shoes I know for a fact it has it on the tongue but for wallets i don’t see any other then the Gucci made in Italy embossed on the bottom right corner of the wallet in the inside . Let me know if u have any other questions :)
@@Abher-hc2wb There's actually a serial number on the inside of the left side of the wallet (the inner-side pocket). If there's nothing then it's a fake.

Why do none of these luxury brands make wallets with coin departments?
I think it would be bulky and I think the coins can easily crack the wallet in the long run since most wallets are made out of canvas exterior. I know For men they don’t but for women’s they do have coin wallets/ purses. My girl does have one so that’s a fact that they do make them but like I said for women’s. I’ve never seen them in the men’s section.

Hi thanks for watching, so far it’s been a couple of months and it is my daily wallet. It’s been holding up great. No scratches and no fading on it. Thankfully . I recommend it 👍

@@jayhdz9856 Yeah the "canvas" wallet u are talking about are made of pvc material on the exterior, much stronger than leather in terms of scratching or fading so I definitely recommend it
