समस्या फास्टटैग मे नही है,टोल वाले गडबड करने की कोशिश करते हैं। जब मैने आने जाने का टोल कटवा लिया उसके बाद वापिस रिटर्न हुये तो वापिस टोल मांग जबकि मे दे चुका था ,मै बोला कि सिस्टम मे चेक कर ले रिसिप्ट मेरे पास नही है। काफी बहस के बाद मामला हल हुआ

Bhai agar aap k fastag me balance ha aur blacklist bata ta ha toh koi paise dene ki jarurt nhi ha, free toll entry milta ha tab. logo ko har chiz ki knowledge bhi hona chahiye.

1. Tag is blacklist even though it does work at other tolls.
2. Low balance, even if you’ve plenty of money on it.

Sir, same incident happened with me last year, I am also using Paytm fastag since April 2018. I got refund as well. one more thing I would like to add as I am using fastag for long time now, once the tag reader was unable to read my tag and showing invalid instead of having sufficient balance in wallet & I had some heated conversation with the toll collector, toll barrier was opened some how or not working, I drove my car out without paying any toll, after some time I got sms that toll was deducted using fastag.
same thing happened with me few months back.. i have sbi fastag.. i passed through a cash/fastag lane.. toll booth guy told me that fastag is not working so pay in cash.. which i did.. and after half an hour i recieved a message that money was deducted from my fastag too.. on my way back i tried to reason with toll manager but he didn't listen.. i raised the complaint with sbi fastag helpline but till date i have not been refunded any money

same thing happened with me at Kherki daula Gurgaon Toll plaza, amount deducted 3 times from Paytm Fastag, and i have to sent mail to paytm along with vehicle image, RC, and Fastag statement screenshot and then they refunded me the amount...
Dont use paytm, always buy fastag from bank. And do not link with ur bank, use saprate acvount like bank provide. M from maharashtara, m user, of this, i have very pleasant response of it.

Please see Sub rule (3) of rule 6 of the National Highways Fee(Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules,2008.Third proviso says that if the reader could not read the Fastag even if it had sufficient balance due to malfunctioning of the toll collections system, then the toll collector should provide the driver of the vehicle with Zero transaction receipt and should allow the vehicle to pass without any charges
This happened not once but lot of time with me.

I was asked to pay for the toll in cash and my Fast tag was also debited
Sir this is what exactly happened with me too.
First the scanner couldn't read the tag, then hand held scanner said invalid tag, then finally paid cash. Unfortunately I was in hurry and didn't see the wrong car number in the slip. After an hour later msg arrived that money was deducted from my fast tag account. It irritated me so much.

While crossing balachaur- Hoshiarpur highway, I didn't pay a penny to all two toll plazas as they don't have fastag scanner but fastag was installed on my car screen. I had just shown them the rule to which they agree after a brief argument.

बड़ी सेमफुल बात है। नई नई तकनीक लाई जाती है पुरानी गड़बड़ी को रोकने के लिए । अब सामाजिक बुराई यहाँ तक हो गई है की अपना हक का पैसा तो ले लिया अब 10 रुपया चोरी का भी देदो ।
जब दूसरे तरह के सब एस एमएस seconds मे आ जाते है । तो बैंक ओर सरकारी तंत्र ये एस एमएस भी तुरंत टोल प्लाज़ा पर ही मिलना चाहिए ऐसा इंतजाम करे ।

maine paytm se fastag order kiya ta , but paytm se bahut problems aa rhi h meko. paytm ne fastag k liye alag sse ek customer care service start ki h , but uspe kabi b koi call pick nhi krta h and 24*7 pe complaint b kiya but no response h. n status b update nhi kiya h ab tak.
paytm se fastag order krne pe b bahut issue aa rhe h. 21november ko order kiya ta n abi tak nhi aaya.

Peripheral expressway way पर मेंरे साथ भी बिल्कुल यही हुआ । Fast tag को black listed, low balance, invalid बताकर कैश वसूला और बाद में पता चला कि fast tag से भी पैसे कट गये। Peripheral expressway पर अधिकांश वाहन चालकों के साथ यही fraud हो रहा है ।
Maine apne bhai ko jo ki delhi me rahta hai usko bhim aap se 9000 rupaye bheje par uske paas nhi pahucha lekin mere account se paisa kat chuka hai ab uss 9000 ke liye papad belna pad rha hai bhim app coustmer care kah rha bank me complaint kariye bank kah rha jiske account me bheje hai uss bank se sampark kariye ..aaj 15 din ho gye hai pta nhi kab wapas aayega .

Before Fastag it was 17 rupee deduction at kherki daula (manesar) toll and now after Fastag they're charging full 65 rupee. I live within 5 km range of toll plaza and have already submitted address proof but it has been a month almost and my address still hasn't been updated. They're still charging me 65 rupee. I'm a daily commuter and what they're doing is robbery.
Gadi pr fast tag lagwane se behtar toll wale khud ka barcode scanner bnwa le taki ane jane wala khud scan krke payment krke aage jaldi chala jaye jaise shop mein hum shopping krte h simple and easy way... Na fraud hoga na ane jane wala ko takleef hogi...

Same experience muze 2 bar aaya. Pune & Kolhapur TOLL plaza par maine cash bhi diya aur Fastag me se Payment bhi deduct huaa. Jab muze is bat ka pata chala tab tak mai AURANGABAD me pahuch chuka tha. Toll Receipt par Veicle no. 00 lokha tha.

मेरे साथ भी KMP हाईवे पर जखोली टोल प्लाजा पर 8 November को हुआ मेरे fastag कहने पर fastag खराब होने की कहकर मुझसे ₹70 कैश लिए गये और बाद में मेरे पास fastag का ₹70 कटने का मैसेज भी आ गया. जो कि आज तक नहीं लौटाए गए. फोन करने पर मैनेजर ने मुझ से पैसे वापस ना देने की कह कर fastag की complaint डालने को कहा.

I have been duped couple of times in this way on NH-8 at the time of Diwali. I raised the issue with HDFC but no refund till date.
Abrar Shaikh but u pursue them hard n dont leave it. U escalate the issue.
It's your fault also anybody can make a mistake single time but again repeating it is completely your fault.

When I was traveling from Bangalore to Chennai i have fast track paid by HDFC Bank i told the toll person that I am returning within 8 hours i asked them to charge Double but they said there's no option i have lost nearly about 50 rupees what's the way to get double

At a toll , cars have to wait in line for more than 15mintues due to fast tag problem in bus standing ahead in line . After crossing of bus one car driver argued with toll staff and 2-3 cars crossed in open barrier behind the bus. Toll not got deducted that time but they noted the car number and toll got deducted after 24hours which should not deducted because we have to wait for more than 15minutes

The same thing has done in my case. After purchasing my car I received a mail after 4 days and 15 days later that Rs. 50/- and 90/- have been deducted from my wallet for which I didn't go through that particular Toll Plaza or even I did not go beyond a radius of 10 km from my residence. The Toll plaza (Rajchandrapur in Dankuni, West Bengal) is not known to me or I did not gone through that plaza. But an amount of 140./- has been deducted. I complained the matter and asked the AXIX bank to return the amount to my wallet. after long fight through mail, at last they have agreed to credit the amount after observing some formalities. So this may happen to anybody .

Same thing, as is happened to me on a toll at Chennai city highway. I too paid cash. I cannot argue because of lot many cars behind.
see in general, there are a lot of Economic offense cases against Paytm.
1. google took their app out because they were promoting gambling through their app.
2. They are most linient with KYC, people are often scammed.
3. They block your money if KYC is not full filled, but do not warn you while putting in the money.

NEVER DEAL WITH PAYTM UNTIL ISSUES ARE RESOLVED.

I was charged with two bogus toll charges/transaction which I have not crossed during my holiday trip from Delhi to Rishikesh and return. The issue was later raised with Bank and those transactions were then reversed later. Just an advise, always check the Fastag transactions once you return from the trip.

On Mumbai-Pune express way they charged 346₹ instead of 230₹ . I don't understand if technical problem is their why only more is charged why not less amount is charged
I hope everyone is aware ,if you will recharge your fast tag it will take 12-24 hours to get updated and meanwhile if you will cross any toll it will respond as blacklisted..... I have gone through it many times...

I have been using the fast tag for the last three years, never had such problems, travelled almost all north india.
You need some modifications when the tag read ones and try to read it again it should display 'already processed' not invalid tag...

Hi I have Faced these kind of things several times in Karnataka,but I didn't Pay Cash, When U have the Issue of Blacklisted or Invalid Tag,,u Bother With them My Tag is Working Very well there is wrong with ur Device go and put it in Dustbin,,they will/have to Leave u..at Any Cost Don't Pay Cash if u are Confident about Ur Tag and Having Sufficient Balance in it..
