Well, we know from the video that those with the right will can shake it right off, and we've only seen it affect the protagonists that are Lightners so far, so who knows?
methinks it affects lightners, both monster and human, and kills darkners on contact (which is why ralsei is nowhere to be seen). entirely possible ralsei saw the two of them corrupted and noped out of there. but it would also explain why queen isnt there either.
My present theory is that the corruption might only exist in Dark Worlds within this take, and in the Light World Susie and Kris are just acting very odd.
