I dont see a big issue with the truck exchange . Theres always a truck there to be loaded. There is some obvious inexperence with the drivers as they could be backing up to be loaded sooner. A minor training detail nothing major. The problem with the trucks not moving is generally them not paying attention or the stereos are up too loud and cant hear the horn. Wet Soil is definetly an issue but the grader is doing a good job of cleaning the slop off the roads. Any idea of the bucket size and width on the 395? Overall it looks like a well managed site. Great video work and thanks for posting.
