It’s called video monetization. That’s how he makes his money, he doesn’t have million subscribers, so he monetizes by uploading a new video every few hours and look at the titles it’s always click bait, he always have “some good news” and something big is about to happen while he says he invested this and that we don’t know if that is true. He looks like he lives in his parents house, might be even be a student with lots of free time.
One thing is for sure, his strategy is working as he is getting more and more subscribers.
