This is actually an inside joke. Tuti, the actor playing Gin remembers his lines through the use of trigger phrases. In RMB Saien, he will sing his lines when he hears Hitsugaya saying 'It's against orders'. So what they did here was play on that trivia and apply it to Gin, like, what if Gin also depends on trigger phrases, wouldn't it be a riot! LOL I love Tuti

I just realized... that last part with Kira, isn't that the same thing that happened when, at the scene where Rukia was being escorted to the place where she's gonna get executed, Gin went and said that same thing to her? -Rukia says "Ichimaru...taicho," Gin places hand on her head and said "I lied" and walks away while saying "Hang in there" he once again heard a trigger phrase (although it involves no singing)... this time from that scene with Rukia :))
