In addition to his magical voice, loving the look! Never thought I'd need Ramin playing a Russian dude in a rugged coat in my life, and yet here we are.
I'm just struck by how similar to Javert in Les Miserables this character is; the tone of this song quite recalls "Stars" to me... There is no one who can do dark passion quite as well as Ramin can; I think someone should turn Wuthering Heights into a musical and give him the part of Heathcliff.
There are plenty of those, already! I recommend this version by Bernard J. Taylor, which the family of Emily Bronte has said once actually captures the essence of the novel's focus. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wuthering_Heights_(musical) ruclips.net/video/FmJH2wkePjE/видео.html Here's one of the numbers, "Cathy", played by fellow Phantom and Jean Valjean, Dave Willets as Heathcliff! ruclips.net/video/Fva9lsxzVQM/видео.html
This reminds me of when I apparently saw Ben Cook years ago on the Newsies tour and didn’t realize I had seen him until I looked through the playbill when the professional recording came out and freaked out.
I love his voice not only because of the notes he hits, but also the emotion his voice has and and his ability to portray difficult characters. Thank you anonymous uploaded haha you’ve brighten my day with this video! 😌
@@moirbasso7051 he just has a very wide range actually, I dont think he himself even knows exactly how high or low he can go. But im positive he has said before he considers himself to be a baritone, just with a wide range. But in the end those terms dont really matter anyway since they're used for classically trained (opera) singers, all that matters is he is an amazing singer with a beautiful voice:)
The whole show should've been two hours of Ramin holding that final "Still" note

Triin-Berit Kornel oh for real you will FALL IN LOVE with gleb. he’s such an interesting & complex character and is ramin as a hot communist 😍🥺
@hadestown trash I did in November. Now I think it’s Ramin. But he’s just so funny
Just wanted all of you to be aware he also played the literal PHANTOM OF THE OPERA THIS MAN IS INCREDIBLE.
This explains the “still!” Joke between him and Sierra when they did the IG live together from Japan a few years ago! That note, y’all! 😁
Yup 😂
Had the absolute blessing of watching him as Gomez in the Adaams family in London a few weeks ago, I have NOT gotten over it

Certified Bruh moment
Why aren't there other videos of him performing as Gleb?
This man was belting with a barely open mouth. I would have to do the "imaginary egg" thing just to do that.
Man, this guy is a monster. His chest voice is not that loud unlike when he's mixing 😨😨😨
IS THIS THE VILLAIN? 😳
Thanks! Could you upload more of him from Anastasia?
How does he make it look so effortless???
Couple years of a certain other role pushing his range will do that.
Can we watch this music in somewhere?
A tenor is never menacing.
He is actually a lyric baritone
@@xxKakarot not with THAT high larynx!

Gleb was the WORST villain ever!
Rasputin was SO MUCH better!
i wouldn't really call gleb a villain, he was an anti-villain antagonist
