It depends on climate, and sadly there's no fixed formula fthat works everywhere. But for my country's very humid and hot climate(Malaysia), I use a mix of 5.5-6L of pumice, 3L of cocopeat/peat moss, and 1-1.5L mix of various stones, such as Kanuma, Akadama, Zeolite, river sand, perlite and diatoms. (I use 20% akadama and 10% each of Zeolite, Diatoms and Kanuma for my rocky mix) For drier areas with less rain, you could consider adding 0.5-1L of pine bark to retain moisture.
