Hi Dan, two questions: 1. Is still pending of implementation the “filter content for logged-in user”? and if this is the case do you have any information regarding when it would be available? 2. Can I ask you a side by side functionality and pricing video comparison of Softr and Easy Portal with your conclusions about when should the user decide one or the other tool to be adopted? Hey Dan, when I follow your video I have an issue with "Filter content for logged-in user". Easy Portal says it does not support groups yet and the only option I have is "None"
Yes, that was super unclear to me as well! In fact I had to rerecord that portion of the video.
When you're mapping the users, there should be a field for that user group, make sure it gets mapped to some single select you have, and then it should be available to choose from in the visibility filters.
Can i achieve the same with airtable?
I have created my tables in airtable, and my front page with Eazyportal, just not able to get a way to link them.
I think EasyPortal is just for SmartSuite unless they made a release I am not aware of.
For AT, you have Softr, Noloco, Glide, Pory and others
@@danleeman Great, thanks for the immediate feedback, let me explore those.
Anyway to make the interface look less girly and american? It borrows a lot of design elements from Airtable. But generally, lots of american made software solutions are doing this. Softr does it too. Don't remember the other ones, but I know there are plenty. Pastel colors everywhere. Round edges everything from buttons, sliders, fields and nearly all elements. Really soft fonts. It just looks.. well... really unprofessional.
Could I have knife sharp boxes, no sissy colors decide my own font with this?
You can adjust colors and fonts...just not edges as far as I know.
Why are you copying Softr? 😂
There are certainly a lot of similarities!
