Thanks for doing this video Nicola. I have stage 4 skin cancer. I've been battling it since 2016. Tried every treatment chemo, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, surgeries, to no avail. Im just taking each day as it comes now as no more options for me.. thank you for always highlighting skin conditions and how important sun screen is etc. Ps I'm not the stereotype everyone thinks of with skin cancer. Never done sunbeds, always wore suncream, typical Irish. Pale skin, blue eyes. Always hid from the sun. Life can be so unfair at times. 💔😪💜
Even if I don't know you I'll be praying for your health and for better results for you, live every day as much you can I know this is only a comment but I can empathize with your situation (my aunt died from stomach cancer and a mom's friend probably have skin cancer too)

I swear I’ve watched only your asmr videos for the past year or two, and I’ve never done that in the past ten years of sleeping with these! Something about how kind but diligent you play your characters. Everything is quick and firm but kind, which helps me focus on something other than my bad anxiety at night. Further into your videos you tend to become more quiet as you “work with your patient” which I really appreciate as well. Your videos feel like an energy transition into sleepiness that I can’t really get anywhere else. This is just a really long-winded way of saying thank you! First, I do like the new introduction graphic, really sets the tone of what’s to come nicely. This was so relaxing, I find there’s something about your voice that instantly puts one at ease and instills a calm aura in which to enjoy your content. The very nature of the scenario was perfect in which to create a wide spectrum of auditory and visual trigger stimuli. When it came to auditory triggers the glove sounds came across so well, the movement and occasion finger flutters really helped the accentuate the sound for an great tingly experience. I have to admit when it comes to visual triggers, I really enjoy anything light related. Watching a light source combined with the steady movement creates such a strong, satisfying sense tingling experience for me. Also picked up on the writing sounds as you took notes, another auditory trigger that always seems to feed my ASMR well. Nice close at the end too being asked when one would like to come back to continue to consultation. Can you please do a personal color analysis video? Like telling the viewer if they are a spring, summer, winter, etc and what colors look best on them?
@@BeBraveBeYouASMR1 I’ve seen people use color charts to explain the different colors in each season and then use scarves against the camera to make it look like they are comparing the viewers’ complexion to the scarf to determine what shades look nice on them😊
