For a bit of context on the title of "Eve, Psyche and the Bluebeard's Wife":
Eve refers to the biblical Eve, who defied God's command and ate of the fruit of knowledge.
Psyche is the human wife of the god Eros, from Greek mythology, who defied his command to never try to see what he looked like. (Psyche is pronounced that way only in English; the Korean pronunciation 프시케 is much closer to the Ancient Greek one, Ψυχή).
Ariadne, the Bluebeard's seventh wife, defied his command to never open the seventh door in their home and see what is behind it.
The song is about seeking knowledge without compromises, and not accepting other people's restrictions: I'm not a doll, I'm the only one who decides my rules, I'll see what's forbidden.

I only heard of Le Sserafim because I accidently came across Sakura's gaming YT channel only to find out she's a big artist in a couple Japanese and Korean girls groups. She hasn't uploaded since joining Le Sserafim, I miss her gaming vids lol. But their songs are actually fire!

The to comment explained quite well about the title. The part where you were wondering if they were playing red light, in short, Yes there were. It's Korean version of redlight. It's traditional game "무궁화 꽃이 피었습니다". If you get caught moving, you need to connect yourself with pink fingers with the "it" person who is looking away and looking then looking at you trying to see you move. All members but one gets caught and the last person tries to cut everyone free by severing connecting of pinky fingers in the MV.

The title means doing what's forbidden because Eve ate the apple, Psyche opened the pandora's box and Penelope which is the bluebeard's wife opened the room and all of they did was forbidden
