Hey, Cleoshaaa, it's always good to see you sorry I'm late responding but I can definitely relate when life is life in its been a lot going on with me too personal speaking when it rain it pours but hold on and set a side a day or a half a day for your self get your self a journey book and put you emotion that what I've been doing I even have put my kids on a schedule rather they like it are not 8:30 or 8:45 bed you have to be physically and emotionally rest honey I love you hold you head up this too shall pass it not going to aways be like this God got you 😊
