@@sonofrobert That's those Big 12 rumors. They're weird. Instead of winning playoff games to close the gap, they're saying that Ohio State will kick out Rutgers and Maryland. Both teams are full members. Let the Big 12 wallow in poverty gossiping about us.
Rutgers' is hitting on all cylinders with 27 commits in the middle of June and they aren't done yet!. Having their OV's in June, has been a God Send with visits to NYC on Fri nights...the Jersey Shore on Sat afternoons and top notch steakhouses in the evening where their eating $172 tomahawk steaks. Not many schools can match them when it's 30 miles from NYC and 30 min. to the Jersey Shore.Throw in a number of top notch NFL coaches with their Super Bowl Rings and these recruits are really buying in to Schianos' F.A.M.I.L.Y. culture.The Sleeping Giant is finally awake and he's about to introduce himself to the B1G!

OSU is number 1 because the Alumni made a giant financial push for OSU to push the limits of NIL. Its was just to painful lose to Michigan. Won't help. Bama had, 50 -5 star recruits to Michigan's 2. and Michigan still won
Now that it’s legal, Ohio can compete openly with SEC by paying players above the table.

You look at average. Rutgers is almost 2 points higher . 11 - 88. 4-90 plus . A very good class. Projected around 20 in nation when all is said and done.
It's literally just ohio st then oregon then penn st then usc the usual suspects then the Michigan's/Wisconsins/rutgers/nebraskas competing for the 5th spot. Even though USC just lost 2 five star DL-men from Georgia.
Real classy with the gratuitous Ray Rice comment. Rutgers has also recruited away all of Minnisota's coaches. And Minni is going to watch Athan beat them this year.

Depends sometimes, but typically, yes. I agree that it's better to have less better players than more worse players.
The point is, you only know quality when the kids hit the field.
