I was imagining this song while coming out of my final SAT exam today. When I was younger, I thought this song was a beautiful masterpiece but couldn't relate to it because I was just a grade school student without a care in the world. Even in middle school, I didn't understand why people started relating to this movie more and more. Then I started high school, and it hit me... just like these students, I try so hard to fit everyone else's expectations of me that it started eating away at me. And look at me now, a junior in high school. I've become my own person, I'm working hard to get where I wanna be at, I've been making new friends, I've broken the stereotypes, and most importantly, I don't worry as much about how others think of me and whether or not I live up to others' expectations of me. Who knew a movie could hit so hard?

I'm in my 2nd depression at the moment.The first was after I finished my Masters which was like 9 years ago. All that family pressure was killing me before I had a job. Now I'm in my 2nd because the love of my life who I met and saved me from my 1st depression cheated on me and got eloped while I got transferred a few months ago.
