good for you Tony you have nailed the essence-there a few that have every tangible you would want in a QB-sure, there are skills he needs to continue to improve like most NFL QBs-but Baker is a born leader of men and whatever he is on, they will gladly follow him because of his leadership and toughness-just hope he gets the success he earns!
